Logging in You must be a member to purchase
from www.eHarlequin.com.au. This is
simply a matter of entering your name and contact details so we can email
confirmation of your purchases and subsequently mail your purchases to you. If
you're not already a member you can join now. It
takes less than 2 minutes.
Selecting books To select a book for purchase,
simply click the ADD TO CART button below the book you wish to purchase. If you
haven't already done so you will be asked to log in. The book will then be added
to your personal shopping cart.
Viewing your shopping cart You can look at the books you've
placed in your cart at any time by clicking on the VIEW YOUR CART button on the
right-hand side of the page. You will see a line-by-line listing of the items in
the cart, including book title, book quantity ordered, price, postage cost and
total.
Changing your order You can edit or change the number
of items in your shopping cart up until the point you process your credit card
payment. Simply type in the correct number of items in the quantity box and then
click the "Recalculate Total" button. Your browser will then reload
and update the number of items in your shopping cart.
Buying books When you are finished shopping,
and ready to make your purchases, simply follow the prompts in the shopping
cart.
Click CHECKOUT
Check the details entered in your shopping
cart (are the books correct) as well as your personal details. Don't forget
to check your address (so we can mail your books to the right place) and
your phone and email addresses (just in case we need to check your order
with you). Click on CHECKOUT again.
Enter your payment details.
Check that you receive a confirmation email
