Password

You need a password to help us make sure that your information is kept confidential and that only you will have access to your member profile.

Your password should be something easy to remember, but make sure to write it down somewhere safe just in case.

Our system is case sensitive and will not recognise a password if it is written in the wrong case.

Registering

The member registration process is straight-forward and designed to protect your personal information.

The first step is to complete your name, address, phone and email details. We use this information to personalise your online experience and to communicate with you about your orders. Our system is "clever" enough to remember your information so you don't need to re-enter your details every time you order. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly as this is the main way we will communicate with you.

We hope you'll tick the box to agree to receive emails from us. We currently send emails twice a month - once at the beginning of the month to tell you about our new releases for the month, and once around mid-month to give you early warning of exclusive member offers. We promise not to bombard your email account!

When you press the SUBMIT button you're almost there. Our system will automatically send an email to your email address. This email contains your initial "authorisation code" or password that has been automatically assigned by the system.

Please don't close this window when you retrieve your email - simply open a new window to collect your email - or your information will be lost. To retrieve the email you need to do one of 2 things:

• If you use Outlook, or some other kind of "on your computer" style system, simply go to your desk-top icon and open your email as usual
• If you use a web-based system (like hotmail or yahoo) where you access the internet to collect your mail you need to open up another web page. Go to the Start button on the bottom LHS of your screen and select Internet. This will open up a second internet browser for you to use to check your email.

Collect your password from your mailbox and return to the registration page and enter the password in the space provided. You will also have the opportunity to create a new password that you can remember.
